How to Plan a Teamwear Order Around Match Day
Work backwards from the required arrival date through transport, production, inspection, sampling, artwork and roster approval.
The decision in one paragraph
Start with when and where the goods must arrive. Build separate allowances for import, freight, inspection, production and every approval; confirm product-specific timing in the quotation.
Required arrival date
Give the destination and date the buyer must receive the order. This is different from match day.
Transport allowance
Freight, customs and final delivery are separate from the production window.
Production window
Production timing and its start condition are confirmed for the selected products and order structure.
Approval allowance
Leave time for quotation, artwork, samples, size collection and final roster approval.
