Privacy notice

How project information is handled in this preview.

This notice describes the current website behaviour. Legal entity, controller contact and jurisdiction-specific wording must be completed before formal launch.

Information you provide

The project form can collect your name, email, organisation, destination, product selections, quantities, timing, notes and optional files such as artwork, specifications or rosters.

Why it is used

The information is used to review and respond to a B2B product or teamwear enquiry, preserve the selected project context and prepare follow-up questions or a quotation.

Submission and delivery

The website sends a brief to the configured enquiry receiver. It displays success only after that receiver accepts the request. If the service is unavailable or rejects the request, the site shows an error and asks you to retry.

Local browser data

Your enquiry list and unfinished brief may be stored in your browser so selections remain available while you move between pages. You can clear them from the enquiry list or through your browser settings.

Optional files and sensitive data

Only upload files needed for the project review. Do not include payment-card information, passwords or unnecessary personal data. Team rosters should contain only the fields needed for sizing and personalisation.

Retention, access and deletion

Retention periods and the verified privacy contact depend on the final legal entity and receiving service. Before formal launch, KITRAVA must publish those details and the process for access, correction or deletion requests.

External links and updates

Linked third-party services may apply their own privacy terms. This notice may be updated as the receiving system, legal entity or operating markets are confirmed.
